Yuan Jiaqiang (Coach Jiaqiang)
Failure is the mother of success. The key to success lies not in temporary wins or losses, nor in whether one is a genius, but in mindset, passion, and relentless effort. Compared to countless professional gymnasts, my gymnastics journey began in middle school. Although I started late, with the encouragement of good teachers and friends, I persevered, making gymnastics a part of my life, and ultimately realizing my Olympic dream.
My subsequent gymnastics experience in the Russian Caucasus opened a new chapter in my life. I hope to share everything I've learned with everyone without reservation, so we can all enjoy the fun and true essence of gymnastics!
