[Hiring] Gymnastics Coach for Dazhi Gymnastics Center
Recruiting full-time staff
condition:
Must have at least 2 years of teaching experience.
Job Responsibilities:
The minimum number of classes per month is 60.
For each lesson exceeding 60, an additional bonus will be awarded, accumulating based on the number of lessons completed.
Responsible for basic administration
The work schedule is five days a week, with at least one fixed day on the weekend. Priority will be given to candidates who can work both days on weekends.
The daily working hours are approximately 9 hours.
Compensation and benefits:
Starting salary: 40,000 to 100,000 RMB/month
During working hours, lunch/dinner will be provided if it coincides with mealtime.
Provide labor and health insurance.
Annual leave is in accordance with government regulations.
Can be scheduled for holidays that fall on national holidays.
Those with outstanding performance will receive an annual salary increase of approximately 5-10% based on their seniority, with a maximum increase to 1000 yuan per session.
Company benefits:
Adult gymnastics classes are available free of charge (arranged by the head coach).
Occasional gatherings and meals
Note: If the number of classes taught in a single month is less than 60 after 3 months, salary will be re-discussed based on work performance.
