Adult Gymnastics (Beginner & Advanced)
Gymnastics isn't an unattainable sport; Tongli makes your gymnastics dreams come true. Handstands, splits, stylish somersaults, rings cross balances, and the Thomas Flair on the pommel horse… all taught by professional instructors in a safe and systematic way. Beginners will start with basic movements like rolls, handstands, and side somersaults. A solid foundation is essential before moving on to advanced classes! (Beginner and advanced classes will be held concurrently.)
Children's Gymnastics
By using basic gymnastic movements, we can improve children's abilities to tumble, roll, climb, and jump, laying a good foundation for their future sports activities. We will also use professional equipment such as horizontal bars, balance beams, and trampolines to train children's muscle strength, balance, and coordination.
Individualized instruction
Our individual instruction is offered in one-on-one or one-on-two sessions. We design customized courses that include periodic training planning, muscle strengthening, movement technique improvement, and sports massage recovery, and can be arranged according to the needs of each student.
