Qiu Da-ting (Coach Da-ting)

There is a set order and steps for learning every skill, from simple to complex. By breaking down a complex action into several simple steps for practice, you can greatly reduce the risk of injury and improve the efficiency of learning.

In the fourteen years since I started learning gymnastics and acrobatics, the journey has been filled with the sense of accomplishment and joy of learning new moves, but also with countless injuries, both major and minor. Looking back now, I realize that if I had possessed certain knowledge and experience back then, many of these injuries could have been avoided. Without those injuries, I could have learned a move much faster.

From these experiences of success and failure, I have summarized a set of practice steps, hoping to use my own experience to help each student safely learn the moves they want to learn. Because in the world of extreme sports, the safest path is often the fastest path.
