Yu Zheyu (Coach Zheyu)

Compared to those who start training from a young age, I began very late. Therefore, unlike children who have extensive imitation practice, I relied more on thinking. This often resulted in my mind understanding the concepts, but my body couldn't execute them. Coupled with my less-than-ideal physical attributes, my physical progress was very slow. People who met me later often assumed I had formal training. This discrepancy, besides the need for ample practice, stemmed from a profound realization that effective methods are crucial. Because everyone's physical condition is different, adjusting the training regimen to these differences is essential for efficiency. Therefore, I believe there are no unteachable students; what's needed is finding the right method for them.
