Utilizing professional equipment such as parallel bars, balance beams, and tumbling mats, we aim to strengthen children's muscles, balance, and coordination skills.
As children grow in age and strength, coaches not only focus on basic gymnastic movements but also tailor advanced exercises according to their abilities in a relatively safe and comfortable environment. This includes opportunities for high-level skills like somersaults! These efforts aim to establish a strong foundation for future athletic pursuits. Individual instruction includes one on one or one on two. We could design the customized schedule especially based on the demand of members with the arrangement of periodical training, strengthening muscle, promoting techniques, recovering by exercise massage.
